No, I got in mixed up with some stuff.. I just checked in the archive and 
Joe said to edit file to remove the 4.2 entry and not remove file. Yeah, 
blame me on this. :-/

I think, you might have to reinstall xmlcatmgr and docbook-*.. Also I 
think, I better shutup now and take the nap (only three - four hours sleep 
last night) until someone can answer to this thread.
