Cvsup your -CURRENT sources as of today, then rebuild and reinstall
world and kernel.  Afterward, do:

# portupgrade -rfa

Yes, it will take an immense amount of time, but given the pthread
changes, it's required to eliminate all threading issues.  If you still
have problems after that, send the logs and make output.
