Synopsis: packaged version of epiphany has issues/doesn't run

This problem doesn't exist on the clean system in pointyhat and GNOME Tinderbox.
So, I am closing this PR. Mix with ports and packages are not recommend,
however. If there is anything else, please contract to gnome at FreeBSD.org .
