scrollkeeper port build problems

Hi Joe,

Shouldn't it have a direct dependency if it needs p5-XML-Parser to build?
Otherwise doing:

% cvsup -g ports-supfile
% cd textproc/scrollkeeper
% make

can fail, depending on your port installation history. Before 2003-11-10
intltool had no run dependency on p5-XML-Parser, so it is not safe to
assume that just because you have intltool you also have p5-XML-Parser.

Thanks,
Oliver
