sodipodi build fails in plotutils

I may add one more thing here. Sodipodi do not requires frontline and 
this means plotutils either.
This fact will be reflected in cvs after the port freeze over.
Peter, you may comment out LIB_DEPENDS and RUN_DEPENDS lines if you do 
not need raytracer. If you do than follow Jeremy advice.
