libgda and Odbc

I get the below when libiodbc-3.0.5_1 is installed and am attempting to
upgrade gda.  It would seem that it is looking for UnixODBC or something
as iodbc doesn't install that header.

I think the configure test needs to be extended to look for this header
as well prior to enabling the odbc provider.
