PERL GNOMERS NEEDED: Help port gnome-system-tools

I got some direction from the g-s-t authors.  We need to port:

network-conf
network.pl
users-conf
runlevel-conf
service.pl
time-conf
partition.pl

To FreeBSD.  runlevel.conf isn't needed since FreeBSD doesn't have
runlevels.  However, we might consider some other rc.conf stuff,
though.  I'll take partition.pl.  Anyone interested in helping should
download 0.26.0, and send email to gnome@ with the module you want to
port.
