gucharmap doesn't install...

I looked at the code for im-module-file, and it looks like it's affected
by your ~/.gtkrc-2.0.  Do you have anything there that might change
where this file is found?  I have now updated both a -CURRENT and a
-STABLE machine, and have yet to encounter this problem.
