Thanks for check on this too. Joe did got my tcpdump and he said the same 
thing that my ISP violated the POP3 RFC. But, I tested over three mail 
clients (mozilla mail, opera7 mail, balsa and etc) and they all work fine, 
but not Evolution. I still will try to contract to my ISP about it.
