Gnome 2.3.1 frozen, can't load desktop anymore..

No, it doesn't crash but just halting without show up in the desktop. I can 
see it runs in the top and ps with the high use CPU. But, if I try to type 
startx and the nautilus just will crashed with seg fault, so bug buddy too. 
After they are gone, I still can see the gnome-panel, but I can't use them 
such as menu and etc. It just frozen.

Oh, I think I have a good idea. Do you know what exact command the nautilus 
start up? Maybe, I can try to use gdb with nautilus with extra flag same as 
what it has in the start up.
