XIM support for x11-toolkits/gtk20 ?

Hi there.  Currently ports/x11-toollkits/gtk20 does not enable XIM by
default, thus preventing Chinese users from typing characters using xcin.

I have tweaked the Makefile to build with:

    CONFIGURE_ARGS= --enable-static --with-xinput=yes --enable-xim

and it compiles cleanly without problems.

I wonder if you'll consider to include it as the default.
