gimp and mng

Please, try the attached version of libmng/files/Makefile.bsd. The
gimp-devel's configure now seems to find mng alright, but I wouldn't
know how to test the gimp properly beyond that.

Thanks for the report -- the libmng was being built without MNG-file
creation support :-)
