Date display problem evolution-devel

Hi guys,

	Don't know if I'm sending this to the right bunch but after installing
evolution-devel the time shown in the date field is in GMT/UTC rather
than GMT+10 ( local system time ). I seem to remember this problem was
around in the days of evolution 1.0 as well but can't remember how it
was fixed.
