Desktop icons missing

After I upgraded MANY Gnome components a couple of weeks ago some of
my desktop icons were lost. These include the logout icon and the Run
Program icon. I tried re-installing libgnomeui, but that didn't seem
to help.

Can anyone tell me where these icons should be and which package is
responsible for installing them?
