OrigTree module

I'm trying to build Gnome 2.5 on a 4.9-stable system, and I'm getting
the error message:
  The OrigTree module doesn't seem to be properly installed ../intltool-merge

Once in the gnome-icon-theme and twice in devel/gnomevfs2,
once when it tries to upgrade gnomevfs2 2.2.4 to 2.5.3 and then when
atomix-1.0 requires it as a dependancy.

So I guessing that OrigTree is installed by another port, my question
is which port??
