Failure on upgrade from 2.2->2.4

Have tried doing what it complains about? ie. upgrading libxml2.

Also before upgrading please read the FAQ:

If you're not doing so already, using sysutils/portupgrade is highly
recommended when upgrading Gnome due to the large number of
dependencies, and also it's default action of preserving older libs so
you won't end up with lots of broken apps once you've upgraded key
libraries.

It should hopefully be rather uneventful if you follow the
steps/solutions in the FAQ.
