firefox update to 28, missing gstreamer1 plugins

multimedia/gstreamer1-libav should be a replacement for
multimedia/gstreamer-ffmpeg
but it is unfortunately not.  I believe ffmpeg previously provided both mp3
and mp4 decoders, 
now I can install gstreamer1 libmad, but no solution for h.264 support.
