In Seamonkey 2.17.* WEBRTC should work when you select the ALSA option.
In 2.18 and later it will work with either ALSA or PULSEAUDIO.

Due to the last minute cancellation of seamonkey 2.18 the message is
currently not 100% correct for seamonkey.
