Using mail/lightning port.

Hi,

I've just installed mail/lightning 0.9. However, when I invoke thunderbird
on a clean system (ie: no ~/.thunderbird), the calendaring features of
Lightning aren't available. There is no mention of it in the 
"Tools/Add-ons/Extensions" either.

What have I missed?
