warning: don't forget to update all bios: SSDs, Motherboard and raid cards.

recently bad experiences:
- one ocz vertex 3 stuck the fileserver at reboot:
the only option was to unplug the falted ssd
- one disk failed on a supermicro AOC-USAS-L8i
fileserver stuck, need hard reboot
no problem after USAS-L8i upgrade.
