[PATCH] Wipe other file systems when creating new UFS

I'm not exactly against wiping the first and last few megabytes, but
before doing that I'd rather know what other file systems which are
not already covered are we trying to erase (in part so we can document
them).

UFSv1 was already documented in the code, my patch adds a note about ZFS.
