FreeBSD5.4 nfsv4 server patch

I've just put a patch on the ftp site at:
ftp.cis.uoguelph.ca/pub/nfsv4/FreeBSD5.4-patch1.diffc

that fixes the NFSVOPISLOCKED() macro to avoid panics and some fixes
courtesy of Mr. Jeremy Mika, so that it will build on amd64. (Jeremy,
the only part of this patch of interest to you is the NFSVOPISLOCKED()
macro change.)

    after the FreeBSD6.0-Release1 is out.
