DVTS patch for FreeBSD-CURRENT/STABLE

I have made a patch against DVTS-1.0a. It should work on both
FreeBSD-current and -stable. You need autoconf to generate the configure
script. I don't port dvsave and dvplay, only dvsend and dvrecv can be
built.
