Extract rpms with bsdtar

hi,

bsdtar do support directly extracting rpms, I have already converted a bunch of
ports for that.

Once the ports slush is over I plan to commit this:
http://people.freebsd.org/~bapt/extract-rpm-via-bsdtar.diff except is someone
raise an objection.
