No. The problem is that virtualbox 4.1.0 requires the old kBuild from ports and from 4.1.2 onwards it requires the latest development version of kbuild. But virtualbox 4.1.0 is not upward compatible so it needs to be patched to get it build with a newer kbuild.

This is already on the todo but needs some work and time.
