Do i have to reinstall VBOX after upgrading freebsd ?

virtualbox-ose-3.2.8 A general-purpose full virtualizer for x86 hardware
virtualbox-ose-kmod-3.2.8 VirtualBox kernel module for FreeBSD

The VBOX works great under freebsd 8.0.  Now i want to upgrade freebsd to
8.1. After upgrading, do i have to reinstall VBOX ?
