VirtualBox's VNC code incorrectly maps "," to "`"

I'm using VirtualBox in the headless mode with VNC support.
I have noticed that when pressing "," key in the vnc client, the guest
operating system receives a "`".
The reason is in bug in the FramebufferVNC.cpp
Tha attached patch fixes this issue.
