patch integrated with yours  that should work fine on most exotic keyboards
(at least it does for me, enabling me to use any AltGr key or accented key).

I only mapped the base, shift and alt columns of the keymap files. Should
someone need more, I left the code in place for an easy modification (just
uncomment the lines needed).
