flash player problem with libgcc

i have compiled custom kernel FreeBSd 8 stable ,and linux-base-f9 ,i had try f10 before but i get the some problem with flash player ,when i start firefox3.5 from command line to see errors u get this :
LoadPlugin: failed to initialize shared library /usr/local/lib/npapi/linux-flashplugin/libflashplayer.so [/lib/libgcc_s.so.1: version GLIBC_2.0 required by /usr/local/lib/npapi/linux-flashplugin/libflashplayer.so not found]

i try to /lib/libgcc_s.so.1 bsd version with linux version but this does not work ,i also try to put in /compat/linux/lib and link to /compat/linux/usr/lib but no result .
