emulators/rtc with other apps other than Linux apps?

Yep, that's the change in -current which I haven't updated rtc to take
into account yet.

It should be as simple as adding .d_version = D_VERSION in the dev struct,
but I haven't tried it myself yet.  I will do so soon.
