modern Eclipse on FreeBSD?

I was wondering that myself.

See http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=ports/180243
where I attached a port for Eclipse 4.3 (Kepler) in November
last year. It works for me, and from some messages I've
seen here and the freebsd-java mailing list it appears that
others are using it as well.

I would gladly become part of "freebsd-eclipse@" or even just
take maintainership to get this closer to being commited to
the ports tree.
