Looks like an RTL8105E PCIe Fast Ethernet controller. Support for this device was added in r217911, see http://svnweb.freebsd.org/base?view=revision&revision=217911
For now, it is only supported by FreeBSD 9-CURRENT, but back-porting the patch should be trivial.
