query-pr.cgi in trouble: is my PR lost?

Hi,

query-pr.cgi returns error code 500 and sometimes gets back for a day.
I know this problem is already reported since I checked this mailing 
list.

I sent PR ports/173566 30 hours ago but it still haven't registered 
yet.
Would you please tell me whether PR registration process is still 
delayed?
Or my PR lost?
