 Not a website problem.  Rather a problem of the handbook (the original,
 meaning the English version).
 
 Root cause:
 Automatic build of floppy images has been disabled starting with 8.0.

 http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-stable/2010-May/056705.html
 
 Best way to proceed for the moment is probably to put a note into the
 handbook "that you can still create floppy images under 8.0.  But you
 must do it manually".  As the floppy images are still there for 7.X.
