mount_devfs in handbook

Hi,

you are correct.  Several mount commands (including mount_devfs) have
been removed in 7.0 in favour of the more generic "mount -t" commands.

Thanks for the info anyway.  I will fix it.  The updated version should
be only within the next 24 hours.
