Non-English articles?

This is my personal opinion again, but I think that an article is more 
handy in this case. One might find
it more easily among the Greek documentation set than in the handbook as 
one small part in one chapter
from the many ones. I'd add it as an article and put a link to the 
handbook chapter as other languages
do.
