I would just like to see one article that talked about "managing the
Ports Collection".  The handbook information about portupgrade could
move there; as well, wherever the scattered information about cvsup vs.
cvsup could move there.  Finally, there is some information under "keeping
up" in the Porter's Handbook that really doesn't belong there (at least,
if you have the theory that the PH's audience is committers and maintainers).

Another chapter could be the hints on how to maintain a "package server"
that is used to build and distribute packages within an organization.  I
know that a lot of installations do something like this already.

Finally, some comments about release vs. -stable should be added.

In the past I've been asked if I could do a talk about these issues,
and have had to honestly admit that I don't know enough to do so.  IMHO
there enough demand for something like that.

It should really all be in one place.
