- Corporate Users:

If you sent the email from a corporate network, you should first
contact your local IT Helpdesk or System Administrator for advice.
They will be able to help you disinfect your workstation. Please
not that some viruses forge the sender address.

- Personal or Home Users:

If you sent the email from a personal or home account, you
will need to disinfect your computer yourself. If you
already have virus scanning software installed, be sure and
update the definitions once a week to detect new threats. Most
virus scanning software installed when you purchased your
computer is only a time limited demo, and stops functioning
until you purchase a subscription.
