Mismatch or Update in Doc Project Primer

Dear all,

sorry to disturb you, but it seem there's a mismatch or too old 
parameters in :
http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/fdp-primer/examples-formatted.html#AEN3466

We read :

% jade -V nochunks \  						(1)
     -c /usr/local/share/sgml/docbook/dsssl/modular/catalog \ 	(2)
     -c /usr/local/share/sgml/docbook/catalog \ 			(2.1)
     -c /usr/local/share/sgml/jade/catalog \
     -d /usr/local/share/sgml/docbook/dsssl/modular/html/docbook.dsl \(3)
     -t sgml (4) file.sgml > file.html (5)

but from 5.4 Docproj & Jade port, (2.1) don't exist anymore.
Instead, we get /usr/local/share/sgml/catalog for all this stuff.
I'm not expert at all in DocBook and Jade, but passing :

	-c /usr/local/share/sgml/catalog

seem to work fine.
