The original has /dev/cd0c the whole way through. I figured it was best to
leave it as is - however, given that people with ATAPI drives are not only
more common but often have less clue (generalising, I know), you're
probably right that we should change it.

If we put in a big discussion of SCSI vs ATAPI devices, the examples will
balloon out. I don't know about everyone else, but I think examples should
be just that - an application to one possible configuration.

Well caught. I looked at it and went "Why did I get rid of the however?
