Easy PR to close: manpage for devfs.conf, devfs.rules

Hi,

if you look at http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=63808,
you will see that in the follow-up, Roland Smith <rsmith at xs4all.nl> has
been so kind to provide man pages for devfs.conf, devfs.rules.

If you ever tried to setup a removable device like a USB mass
storage key to be mounted automatically, you will appreciate the work done
by Roland.

Could somebody commit the man pages and close the PR?
