docs/62364: Misleading information in the handbook

 <tt class="COMMAND">dvilj2p</tt> to read
 printing-advanced.html:ln -s /dev/fd/0 hpdf$$.dvi || fatal "Cannot 
 symlink /dev/fd/0"
 Perhaps this can be closed?
