gifconfig error in vpn over ipsec howto

examples are given for using the gifconfig program.  From what I
understand, on current versions of freebsd, gifconfig is missing and most
of the functionality has been moved to ifconfig.  I believe the instances
of gifconfig in the aforementioned document can be replaced with:

ifconfig gif0 create tunnel
