Handbook-appearance in Opera

Ah, ok I understand this. I've mentioned that, because it is IMHO
inconsistent if some entries in the table are bold and some not.

I don't want an argument about this. I've  mentioned it while I'm here.
I think either all entries should be bold or no one, but that is only my
opinion.

My intention was to improve the display of the tables in Opera. That is
crucial, IMHO.
