Two negations problem

 Hello DOCs

 On the FreeBSD web at http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/articles/formatting-media/x221.html at the very end you can read:

:It should be at least 128 kB, and it should not be not be a power of 2.

 It sounds strange in english and I am not sure if this is correct. I believe what the author of this document was trying to say is:

:It should be at least 128 kB, and it should be a power of 2.

 Correct me if I'm wrong.
