FreeBSD web build failed on www.freebsd.org

This is why it failed:

www 3 % ls -l dosendpr.cgi
----------  1 www  wwwadm  4837 Nov  1  2002 dosendpr.cgi
www 4 %

Do you want the permissions on the target changed, or was it turned off
on purpose?
