Failed to spawn GNU rlog on

Hello cvsweb,

    I m facing some problem with respect to cvsweb. When i click on the folder containing file, I am getting the following error(error in red color).If i run rlog Command through command line it works fine.I am using it in windows. You have any idea about this?
