Pkg repository is broken...

Ran into this very same problem today too.
Just learned on #freebsd that the repos are temporarily borked and
people are working hard to fix it.

I even tried bootstrapping pkg like: env ABI=FreeBSD:13:amd64 pkg
bootstrap -f (pkg 1.13.2 already installed) to no avail.
Hoping things get sorted soon.
