freebsd-current compile with clang & ccache

Thanks, but as far as I know WITH_CCACHE_BUILD is only for ports compilation and novadays I use binary ports wherever I can.

I would recommend not setting CC or CCACHE_PATH in make.conf and using the new WITH_CCACHE_BUILD=yes option instead.
