Nope, still a problem.

We have it defined in some of the config.h files — why isn’t it picking them up properly now?

$ grep -r HAVE_STRSIGNAL gnu/
gnu/usr.bin/cc/libiberty/config.h:#define HAVE_STRSIGNAL 1
